For commercial water-treatment companies

Built for the plant room.
The office comes with it.

The field app your technicians take into the mechanical room: today's route, the visit, the tests, the dose, the photo, and the signature, even with no signal. Dispatch, reports, truck stock, and compliance stay on the web.

One loop. Nobody re-types anything.

From the route to the report to the binder

Plan the week

Build trips, optimize the stop order, and push the route straight to each technician's phone.

Works with no signal

The mechanical room has no signal. Tests, doses, marked-up photos, and signatures save on the phone and sync on their own later.

Readings checked against spec

Each reading is compared to the system's control range. Anything out of range alerts the office, so no phone call is needed.

The visit writes the report

Service reports with your logo are built from what the technician recorded, and emailed to your customer.

Legionella compliance

Sample IDs, chain of custody, lab results, and corrective actions, all the way from the sample bottle to an exportable compliance binder.

Truck stock that adds up

A dose on site comes straight off the truck's inventory. The office handles purchase orders, receiving, and vendors.

Your customers get their own portal to see their sites and reports, and they don't use up one of your seats.

How it works

Know the day without making a phone call

  1. 1

    The office plans

Managers set up customers, sites, and water systems with their control ranges, then build and optimize the week's trips on the web.

  2. 2

    The technician visits

The route is on the phone. Techs log tests, doses, photos, samples, and the customer's signature, whether or not there's signal.

  3. 3

    Everyone sees the result

Out-of-spec readings get flagged, reports go to customers, stock updates on its own, and the compliance record builds itself.

Questions

What does it run on?

The office uses WaterLog in any modern web browser. Technicians use the WaterLog mobile app. Ask us about device availability for your team.

How much does it cost?

WaterLog is priced per seat. We're onboarding pilot customers now, so contact us for pilot pricing.

Can we bring our existing customer and site data?

Yes. Admins can import customers and sites from a CSV export of your current system, and we can help with the first import.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your organization controls the data it keeps in WaterLog. See our Privacy Policy for details.

See WaterLog on one of your own routes

We'll walk through a real day with you: the route, the visit, and the report.
